We grill selected pieces of meat in Californian oven Montague ™, that heats up over 800°C. The crispy dark crust will preserve all the juices and delicate flavours. For the full enjoyment of the steak there are only a bit of fresh butter, gentle sea salt and and ground pepper missing.
